Publishing Policy

International Journal for Electronic Crime Investigation (IJECI) is a bi-annual journal, publishing two issues per year.

  1. Authors are not permitted to submit or present their research paper to any other journal once it has been submitted to IJECI, until they receive a notification of withdrawal, dismissal, or rejection from the editorial office.
  2. In each new issue, preference is given to papers submitted by new authors. However, if a reviewer identifies a previously submitted paper as exceptional or significantly superior, it may be considered for publication even if the same author had a paper published in the previous issue.
  3. Papers that are not clearly written or are not formatted according to the Guidelines for Authors available on the IJECI website will not be considered for processing.
  4. Any objections, grievances, or complaints from authors must be submitted in writing to the Editor-in-Chief.
  5. Corrections to authors’ names, affiliations, addresses, text, or references are allowed at any time if the error occurred due to an editorial or administrative mistake during processing, editing, or printing of the article by the IJECI editorial team.
